Waaholi Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Waaholi (the "Service") is operated by Kloobel Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registration number 79524275 ("Waaholi", "we", "us"). Our contact address is Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, No.3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong and our email is support@waaholi.com.
These Terms govern your use of the Waaholi website and related services. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Waaholi is, and what it is not
Waaholi is a catalog of short, place-tied work opportunities (generally up to about six months, one season, or one event). We collect listings from allowlisted third-party sources, process them with automated and AI-assisted tools, and present them in a searchable catalog. We only crawl sources we have chosen, and we skip sites whose robots.txt or terms do not allow automated access. When you choose to apply, we send you to the employer's or host's own page.
Waaholi is not:
- an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or placement service;
- a party to any application, offer, contract, or work arrangement between you and an employer or host;
- an application platform. We do not host applications and you cannot apply inside Waaholi;
- a provider of immigration, visa, tax, or legal advice.
We do not guarantee that you will be hired, that any listing is accurate, current, or still open, or that any employer is legitimate.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; do not share your account.
4. Public preview and subscriber catalog
Without an active paid plan, you can browse a public preview: listing titles and published dates, with other details hidden. The full catalog (employer, place, pay, description, and the Apply link), bookmarks, saved searches, and alerts require an active subscription.
We may change what is shown in the preview or the paid catalog at any time.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans. We currently offer weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscriptions with identical features. Current prices are US$5 per week, US$12 per month, and US$25 per quarter. Prices shown at checkout apply to you. Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes. Where required, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes are calculated based on your location and added at checkout.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings by selecting Manage billing, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- No refunds. Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or listings you did not find useful, except where required by applicable law. If you are a consumer in a region that gives a statutory right to withdraw from digital services (such as the EU or UK), you agree at checkout that access starts immediately and, to the extent the law allows, that you lose your right to withdraw once access begins.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give notice before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Lapsed subscriptions. If your subscription ends or payment fails, you lose access to the full catalog and alerts. Your saved searches and bookmarks are kept so they are available if you resubscribe. You can still remove bookmarks while signed in.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid access until it is resolved. If a payment is disputed or charged back, we may suspend your account while we investigate.
6. Features: bookmarks, saved searches, and alerts
Bookmarks and saved searches let you reuse your hunt. Alerts are sent by email as a daily digest: at most one email per saved search per day, covering new matching listings since the last send. Alerts depend on our crawl timing and filters, so they may be delayed, incomplete, or skipped. You can turn alerts off per saved search or pause all alerts in Settings.
7. Third-party listings and your responsibility
Listings come from third-party sources and are not written, vetted, or endorsed by us. Information may be wrong, outdated, incomplete, or machine-processed. Because listings are read and structured partly by automated and AI tools, details such as pay, duration, work eligibility, housing, or category may be mis-classified or missing. Always check the original posting. Pay, dates, housing, visa or work-rights terms, and other details may differ from the original posting.
Before you apply, accept work, travel, pay any money, or share personal documents, verify the listing and the employer yourself using the original source. Be careful with any request to pay a fee, send identity documents early, or move to private messaging. Whether you are legally allowed to work somewhere, and any visa, tax, insurance, or housing arrangements, are your responsibility.
Your dealings with employers and hosts are solely between you and them. We are not liable for anything arising from those dealings.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the catalog, or use bots or automated means to access the Service, except as we expressly allow;
- copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or share paid catalog content (including Apply links) with people who do not have their own subscription, or build a competing product from it;
- share your account or work around the paywall, the gate, or any access control;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or probe for security weaknesses;
- use the Service to send spam, to deceive others, or to break any law;
- impersonate anyone or provide false information.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software, filters, taxonomy, and our compilation of the catalog are owned by Kloobel Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own job-seeking while your account is in good standing.
Listing content (such as employer names, descriptions, logos, and trademarks) belongs to the respective employers or sources. We display it for the purpose of helping you find and reach the original posting.
10. Listing removal and corrections
If you are an employer or rights holder and want a listing corrected or removed, or you believe content infringes your rights, email support@waaholi.com with the listing link and details. We will review and act on reasonable requests promptly. We may also reject, unpublish, or decline to publish any listing at our discretion, and listings may disappear when the original source removes them.
11. Feedback and source requests
If you submit feedback or a source request (for example through the request-a-source form), you grant us a free, perpetual right to use it to improve the Service. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a source will be added.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. It forms part of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings will be current or genuine, or that you will obtain any work.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kloobel Limited and its directors, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any dealings with employers or hosts.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights that apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kloobel Limited from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
17. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
19. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers such as hosting, payment, authentication, or email services. We may give you notices electronically, including by email or in the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).
